COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pacific Scientific 2VM62-000-6 2.5 RPM parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Reliance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Screen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pfeiffer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the 1YAB73110A2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2VC19089 manufactured by Screen and we are pleased to be able to service most Screen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 205SDMLAM by Manufacturer Pfeiffer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand 24A011Z023G6 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baldor such as 202Q18L56 equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 241633MMUK02013501348 made by Loma-Checkweigher as well as the popular 1PH71077HG000BB0 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 262Q56LR30 by Morse and 202Q18L56 spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 20S1500 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc. |
